- Why can’t I order just a Teacher’s Resource Binder?
- Standards Plus is ineffective without students using their own lessons.
- Where can I find Terms & Conditions?
- Payments and Credits:
Shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer. All orders must have a valid purchase order number. Terms are net 30 days.
- Shipping and Handling:
Orders are shipped FedEx ground or by FedEx freight. Shipments should be inspected and checked upon receipt. Please notify our Customer Service Department with any questions or concerns within 7 days of receiving order.
- Substitutions:
We reserve the right to substitute new/updated editions for revised titles.

- Can I pay for an order now, before I lose funding?
- Yes. We can arrange pro forma billing to accommodate your funding cutoff date. Contact our Customer Service Department at 909-484-6002 x108 weekdays from 7:30am to 4:30pm PST to set up pro forma billing.
- Can I order less than 22 student sets?
- No. Our sets are created for full class implementation. Intervention System has up to 15 individual lessons pre-printed in pads.
- What types of funding can I use?
- Because Standards Plus materials have met the criteria for social and legal compliance, they are included on the California Supplementary Instructional Materials List. This allows schools and districts to purchase these materials, using proposition 20 lottery funds and Instructional Materials Funding Realignment Program (IMFRP) funds.

- Add 10% of subtotal (before tax)
- How long until I receive my order?
- You will receive your order within 7-10 working days after your purchase order has been received.
- Second-day or next-day shipping is available for an additional cost. Please call our Customer Service Department at 909-484-6002 x108 to arrange rush shipping.
- You may call our Customer Service Department at 909-484-6002 x108 to check the status of your shipment. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm PST.

- Can I get overnight shipping?
- Rush shipping is available for an additional cost. Our Customer Service Department can help you arrange for rush shipping. Call Customer Service at 909-484-6002 x108 weekdays from 7:30am to 4:30pm PST for a custom quote. Processing and stock availability may affect delivery time for shipments.
- I did not receive my order. Who should I contact?
- If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of your order/request, please Contact Us. Please include your purchase order number. You may also call our Customer Service Department at 909-484-6002 x108 weekdays from 7:30am to 4:30pm PST.

- Can I copy these materials?
- No. It is illegal to photocopy any of the pages from our materials for a variety of reasons, including our royalty and permission agreements with authors and international copyright law. We are mindful of tight budgets in school districts across the country. Purchasing our materials, with their low per-student expense, is less costly than copying.
- Are Standards Plus materials research based?
- Yes. Go to our Research page to learn more about our research base and to download our research document.
- Are Standards Plus materials in compliance with California guidelines?

- Where can I get or how can I convert Standards Plus materials into Braille?
- Any duplication of Standards Plus materials, including conversion to Braille, needs to be approved by Standards Plus editorial management. It's easy to do. To get started, send us a message via the Contact Us. We will respond with instructions to get approval.
If you need copies of our materials in order to convert them, please contact our Customer Service Department to order. Sorry, we cannot provide free copies to be used in the Braille translation process.
- Is training included?
- Yes, training is included with your purchase. Regional Training is available in your area and school site implementation training is available when a school purchases 10 or
more. Click here to learn more.
- Is this a software based program?
- No. A CD-ROM is included in the Teacher Resource Binder, however this disk contains display only copies of student lessons.

How much teacher prep is needed?
- Prepping is done in a cinch requiring only 3-5 minutes. Just familiarize yourself with the focus of the lesson and what you will need to emphasize to the students. Mini lessons only need mini prep. Click here to learn more.
